Where can I find my Activation Code and Order Number?
Your Activation Code and Order Number can be found on the back of the certificate that was included in the Subscription Announcement Package (i.e., the gift box that had a teddy bear or plush toy).

What happens after I submit an order for diapers, baby wipes or books?
You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships that contains a tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my diapers / baby wipes?
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your diapers / wipes to be delivered.

Will my diapers / wipes ship automatically each month?
No, your diapers / wipes will not be automatically shipped to you each month. You must submit a new request each time you would like to redeem a month's worth of diapers / wipes so that you can let us know the brand, type and size you want for that particular month.

Do I have to start my subscription right away?
No, you do not need to start your diaper / wipes subscription right away. Think of your subscription in terms of installments, not months. For example, a 3-Month Diaper Subscription equals 3 installments / deliveries of diapers.

Do I need to place a diaper / wipes request every month?
No, you do not need to place a request every month. Simply order when you need more diapers or wipes.

When will my subscription expire?
Your subscription will expire once you have redeemed all of your installments.
