  1. Where can I find my activation code and order number?

    If you received a physical gift announcement (e.g., gift box with plush toy), your activation code and order number can be found on the back of the included certificate. If you received a digital gift announcement via email, your activation code and order number are included in the email.

  2. Do I have to activate or redeem my gift right away?

    You do not need to activate or redeem your gift right away. Your gift does not expire so you can activate and redeem on your own schedule.

  3. Do I need to redeem every month?

    You do not need to redeem every month. Subscriptions are not time-based. Think of your subscription in terms of installments, not months. For example, a 3-Month Diaper Subscription means you get 3 installments / deliveries of diapers, but they do not have to be over 3 consecutive months.

  4. Does my subscription gift expire?

    Your subscription gift does not expire. It will end once you have redeemed all of your installments.

  5. What happens after I submit an order to redeem my gift?

    You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your order. You will receive a second email when your redeemed product is shipped or emailed to you.

  6. Beware of your SPAM folder!

    If you don't receive a confirmation email from us, please check your spam folder and add our email address to your address book or safe sender list.

  1. Do I need to redeem my diapers right away or every month?

    Your Diaper Subscription is not time-sensitive. You do not need to start it right away or redeem it within a specific time frame. Think of your subscription in terms of installments, not months. For example, a 3-Month Diaper Subscription means that you get to place 3 orders for diapers. You can place an order once per month, but you don’t need to place an order every month. Simply order when you need more diapers.

  2. Will my diapers ship automatically each month?

    Your diapers will not be automatically shipped to you each month. You must submit a new order each time you would like to redeem another installment of diapers so that you can let us know the brand, type and size you want for that particular month, along with the delivery address.

  3. How many diapers do I get each month?

    For each order, you will receive an extra-large case of diapers. The number of diapers in the case depends upon the brand, type and size you choose. For a chart outlining the number of diapers included in each case, please see our Diaper Size Guide.

  4. When will my subscription expire?

    Your Diaper Subscription is not time sensitive and does not expire. Once you have redeemed all of your installments, your subscription will end.

  1. How does the Book Subscription Gift work?

    When you activate your subscription you will immediately have access to your first batch of points. You can use these points to shop from a curated selection of the best, award-winning children’s books! If you receive a One-Time Book Gift, the total amount of points will be loaded into your account all at once. For longer subscriptions, you will receive a fresh batch of points on the first day of each month for the duration of your subscription. Points will be automatically deposited into your account, you do not need to do anything! Unused points will roll over to the next month. Your points never expire!

    Your Book Subscription Gift is not time-sensitive. It can be activated at any time. You do not need to redeem it within a specific time frame. Unused points will roll over to the next month and they do not expire!

    When you activate your subscription you will receive points in your account. You can use those points to purchase gift cards from thousands of restaurants or your favorite meal delivery platform. If you receive a One-Time Gift, the total amount of points will be loaded into your account all at once. For longer subscriptions, you will receive additional points on the first day of each month following activation for the duration of your subscription. Points will be automatically deposited into your account, you do not need to do anything! Unused points will roll over to the next month. Your points never expire!

    You can redeem your gift at thousands of national and local restaurants across the U.S. Use your gift to treat yourself to breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night snacks or whatever will brighten your day!

    Your Meal Subscription Gift is not time-sensitive. It can be activated at any time. You do not need to redeem it within a specific time frame. Unused points will roll over to the next month and they do not expire!
