You may create an account to manage your orders, subscriptions, donations, digital greeting cards, or custom orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Incredibundles reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
3. Products and Services
Incredibundles.com offers physical and digital products, subscriptions, gift cards, donations, digital greeting cards, and custom-made items. We endeavor to display product details, images, and pricing accurately, but inadvertent errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.
Custom orders are made per your specifications and may require additional processing time.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order for products, subscriptions, custom items, or services, you agree to pay all applicable prices, taxes, and fees. Payments are processed through secure, approved third-party payment partners.
Incredibundles reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable only on Incredibundles.com and have no cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may not be resold or used for unauthorized purposes.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@incredibundles.com.
If a subscription is partially used or redeemed at the time of cancellation, Incredibundles will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs depend on the method you select and your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Incredibundles is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or external factors outside our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom orders and gift cards are non-refundable. Subscriptions canceled mid-term may receive a prorated refund for unused portions.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on Incredibundles.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and site structure — is the property of Incredibundles.com or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You and Incredibundles agree that:
- Arbitration will take place in Connecticut, USA;

- You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Connecticut, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
15. Termination
Incredibundles may suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services at any time, for any reason (including breach of these Terms). Upon termination, your rights to use the Services immediately cease.

Incredibundles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

- Campaign creators are responsible for compliance with laws, truthful representations, and use of funds;
- Incredibundles may remove, suspend, or terminate campaigns or contributions at its discretion if they violate these Terms or applicable law;
- Incredibundles is not liable for loss, misuse, or mismanagement of funds via Donation Services.
21. Digital Greeting Card Services
Incredibundles may offer digital greeting card services enabling users to create, personalize, send, or share electronic cards ("Digital Cards").
By using these services, you agree that:
- Messages, images, or customizations you submit constitute User Content (see Section 19) and must comply with these Terms;
- You grant Incredibundles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your Digital Cards for the purpose of fulfilling them;
- Digital Cards are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without our written consent;
- Incredibundles is not liable for delivery delays, technical failures, or access issues with Digital Cards;
- Once a Digital Card is delivered or shared, Incredibundles cannot retract or modify it; refunds are not available for completed digital deliveries;
- Incredibundles reserves the right to reject or remove Digital Cards containing prohibited or offensive content at its discretion.
22. Points and Rewards Program
22.1 Overview
Incredibundles.com may offer a Points and Rewards Program ("Program") as part of certain subscriptions or gift plans. Through the Program, users may receive or purchase subscription gifts in the form of points ("Points"), which can be redeemed for eligible products or services available on Incredibundles.com (such as diapers, baby wipes, groceries, books, meals, coffee, or other curated goods).
The Program is offered at Incredibundles's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with these Terms.
22.2 Earning and Redemption of Points
- Points may be awarded as part of a subscription, gift plan, promotion, or purchase.
- Points can only be redeemed for eligible items displayed on Incredibundles.com and are subject to availability.
- Incredibundles reserves the right to determine which products or services are eligible for redemption and how many Points are required for each item.
- Redemption values and product offerings may change at any time without notice.
- Once Points are redeemed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
22.3 Points Have No Cash Value
Points are not cash, not currency, and not refundable. They cannot be redeemed for money, transferred, bartered, or sold. Points may not be exchanged for cash or applied toward previous purchases.
22.4 Expiration and Inactivity
- Points may expire after a specified period, as communicated in your subscription or account settings.
- Incredibundles may suspend or cancel unused Points in inactive accounts (accounts with no activity for 12 months or more).
- Expired or forfeited Points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
22.5 Errors and Adjustments
Incredibundles reserves the right to correct Point balances in cases of error, system malfunction, fraud, or misuse. If Points were incorrectly credited or redeemed, Incredibundles may adjust or cancel such transactions.
22.6 Subscription Gifts and Transfers
- Points received through a subscription gift are intended solely for the designated recipient and may not be transferred to another person or account without Incredibundles's prior approval.
- The giver of a subscription gift authorizes Incredibundles to issue Points to the recipient according to the chosen plan and frequency.
- Incredibundles is not responsible for how recipients choose to redeem their Points once delivered.
22.7 Program Modification or Termination
Incredibundles may change, suspend, or discontinue the Points and Rewards Program (in whole or in part) at any time. If the Program is discontinued, users will be provided reasonable notice and may have a limited time to redeem remaining Points before expiration.
Incredibundles assumes no liability for the value of Points that expire, are canceled, or become unusable due to the termination of the Program.
22.8 No Guarantee of Availability
Incredibundles does not guarantee the availability of any particular product or service for redemption. Product categories and quantities may vary depending on stock, supplier availability, or program updates.
22.9 Compliance with Law
The Points Program is void where prohibited by law. Incredibundles reserves the right to limit participation, eligibility, or redemption in any jurisdiction where such activities may be restricted.
22.10 Fraud and Misuse
Any attempt to manipulate, sell, exchange, or fraudulently acquire Points is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account, forfeiture of Points, and potential legal action.
