How much does shipping cost?

 

We offer free shipping in the Continental U.S. via UPS Ground.  Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST generally ship the same day.  Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following business day.

 

We also offer shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air in the U.S.   The cost of shipping is calculated in real-time and depends on the size, weight and destination of your selection.

 

For packages shipped internationally, we offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and the cost is calculated in real-time and depends on the size, weight and destination of your selection.

 

Where does IncrediBundles ship?

 

We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. and to over 200 countries around the world.

 

Can I track my shipment?

 

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number.

 

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

 

If we are unable to get the package re-routed while in transit the carrier will return the package to us.   We will then correct the mistaken address and re-ship it to the proper destination.   You will be responsible for any difference in shipping cost plus a $15 handling fee.

 

What happens if nobody is home to sign for a package requiring a signature?

 

The driver will leave a note at the location, informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made with instructions on how the recipient can get the package delivered on the next business day.  Most carriers will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
