Additionally, by opting-in to specific offers from any of the Sweepstakes Entities, Entry information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service and entrant agrees to receive email and possibly U.S. mail communication from those companies regarding company news and promotions. Opting-in to specific offers does not improve one’s chances of winning. Entry information will not be provided to any other entity other than as described herein or as stated in the opt-in offer on the entry form. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Sweepstakes Entry, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the authorized account holder of the email address account associated with that Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other on-line organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
